1. General
   By attending, booking, or participating in this experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Admission
   This experience is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years and older. Valid identification may be required for entry. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual at its sole discretion.
3. Bookings & Payments
   All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required to secure a reservation unless otherwise stated. Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organiser.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
   All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Experience Disclaimer
   The experience is designed to be immersive, sensory, and atmospheric. Individual experiences may vary. The organiser does not guarantee specific outcomes, feelings, or personal interpretations of the experience.
6. Conduct & Behaviour
   Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other attendees. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Health & Safety
   Participation is at your own risk. Guests should consider their own physical, emotional, and sensory sensitivities before attending. The organiser accepts no liability for discomfort, injury, loss, or damage suffered during the experience, except where caused by gross negligence.
8. Photography & Media
   Photography, videography, or audio recording may be restricted. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your image or likeness in promotional or marketing material unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content, concepts, branding, music, visuals, and experiences remain the intellectual property of the organiser and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Force Majeure
    The organiser shall not be held liable for cancellation, delay, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, government regulations, or technical failures.
11. Right of Admission Reserved
    The organiser reserves the right to modify the experience, schedule, venue, or content where reasonably necessary, without obligation to provide compensation.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
